Services Provided

Funerals - We offer a quite place to plan your loved one's funeral flowers. We will also come to your home if that is more convenient.

Weddings: Free first time consultations. We are a full wedding provider offering invitations by Carlson Craft, embroidered ring bearer pillows, lighted trees and pillars and vases for rental. All About Flowers offers evening appointments for your convenience.

We are a preferred Wedding Provider at the Genesee Country Museum in Mumford, New York, The Burdundy Basin Inn in Bushnell's Basin and the Wadsworth-Jerris Estate in Caledonia.

Our Wedding policy is to book only two weddings on the same day in order to provide the attention a Bride deserves on her special day.

Delivery Policies:

Local Avon delivery - $2.00 per order

Deliveries outside our local Avon delivery area range from $6.00 to $10.00 depending on distance from our shop. For all Monroe County Hospitals the delivery fee is $8.00.

Online ordering is available for our delivery area (see below).

For orders outside our delivery area, all our shop toll free at 871-321-8714. All US deliveries must be received no later than 12:00 pm in the recipient's time zone for delivery on the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

We will do our best to deliver at specific times of day (except during the busy holiday seasons); however, we cannot guarantee it.

Delivery Charge

There is an $8.00 delivery charge for all orders placed through the website.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

Flowers

In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.
For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

Plants

For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value.
For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color.
If the plant container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
